We collect the information you submit through our forms: your name, email address, the study topics you tell us about, and, if you choose an SMS category, your mobile phone number. We also collect basic technical information such as your browser user agent, the page a submission came from, and the date and time of the submission.

We use your information to respond to your request, to send the study information and coordination updates you asked for, to keep a record of any consent you provided, and to operate and improve this website. We do not use your information to screen you for a study. Independent research organizations determine screening and eligibility.

SMS participation is optional. Text messages are sent only for the categories you check on the request form:

• Account notifications. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
• Marketing. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.

Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel that program. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages for that program unless you opt in again. Reply HELP to any message for program and contact information, or email support@studyrelayhub.com or call +1 (307) 375-0719. SMS consent is never bundled with Terms acceptance or email communications. See our SMS Terms of Service.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes.

Where technically supported, we record the phone number, the SMS category selected, the consent timestamp, the page the consent was given on, the consent disclosure version, the browser user agent, and the IP address if it is available. These records exist to document consent and to honor opt-out requests.

This website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

We keep request and consent records for as long as needed to provide the information you requested, to document consent and opt-out history, and to meet recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.

You can reply STOP to any text message to end that SMS program, or unsubscribe from email using the link in our messages. You may also email support@studyrelayhub.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transport of form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor submitted information, email support@studyrelayhub.com and we will delete it.

Our content may link to research organizations or public registries. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
